How switching works

  1. 1. We talk

    We learn how the club runs today: classes, rooms, plans and, if you have it, door access control.

  2. 2. We export your data with you

    We help you take the member and plan lists out of SportStudio (usually as Excel or CSV) and check everything before importing.

  3. 3. We set up the club

    We create the classes, rooms, instructors and weekly plan. The timetable is ready and the club page goes live.

  4. 4. Members get an invite

    Each member receives an email to set a password and sign in. No queues at the desk, no paper forms.

What stays the same

Your invoicing

The club keeps collecting membership fees with the certified invoicing software it already uses.

Member numbers

We keep your current member numbers, so nothing changes on cards or at the desk.

Door access

Turnstiles or readers at the door? We talk about the hardware you already have before you switch — QR entry in the app is on its way.

Questions about switching

How long does switching take?

It depends on the size of the club and the data to move. We agree a schedule with you on the first call; members are only imported once we've checked the data together.

Can I run both systems during the move?

Yes. We recommend keeping SportStudio until your members have activated their Rizzrv Fitness accounts.

Is my data safe?

The club remains the controller of its members' data and can export or erase a member's data at any time.
