No. Rizzrv Fitness runs in the browser — on the front-desk computer, a tablet or a phone.
Does Rizzrv charge my members?
No. The club keeps collecting membership fees as it does today and keeps its invoicing software. Rizzrv only records each member's plan.
How do I move my members over?
We help you export the member list from your current system and import it. Each member then gets an email invite to set their password.
How does the 14-day guarantee work?
If Rizzrv Fitness isn't right for your club, cancel within 14 days of your first payment and we refund that payment in full. Just email fitness@rizzrv.com.
Do I have to move the whole club at once?
No. You can start with just some classes or a group of members (your group classes, say) and keep the rest as it is. The price is the same and there's no member limit when you're ready to expand.
Is there a minimum term or fixed contract?
No. The subscription is monthly and you can cancel at any point. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the month you've already paid for.
Which languages are supported?
Portuguese, Spanish and English. A club's page is shown in the club's language.
